Clients are encouraged to submit all project-related documents, revisions, and instructions electronically via email or through their client dashboard. If that is not possible, pictures of the documents (taken with your phone) can be sent through WhatsApp, Google Drive, or any other electronic form including fax. For documents that require revisions, we encourage clients to send us files with track changes on MS Word or Google Docs. As a service provider, we prioritize quality of work and deadlines. Receiving revisions electronically makes it easier and quicker for our teams to complete projects quickly. It takes significantly more time to go through handwritten notes and often times files we receive have handwritten sections that are not legible.
If it is absolutely necessary to send project-related documents via mail, clients must contact us for the appropriate mailing address and incur Document Processing Charges. We have production team members and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Illinois, California, and even the UK. Upon request, our team will send you the address of the office most relevant to your order to reduce the amount of time it takes us to receive the documents.
Please note that mailing documents will result in additional charges (Document Processing Charges), which will be dependent on the number of documents, complexity of the project, and urgency of your project. Simple 1 to 2 page documents will have a nominal fee, whereas, handwritten books will cost more to process because it will take our production team more time to go through the documents.
As service provider, we reserve the right to refuse certain types of projects. Boost Byte Marketing does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, or sexual orientation – however, we will not work on any of the following types of projects:
A refund will be issued to clients in case we unknowingly accept an order that we can’t work on. Please speak with a representative if you would like clarification.
If we decide to change our privacy policy or terms, we will post those changes on this page.
If you request a refund before we begin work on your project, 100% of your payment will be refunded (minus any transaction charges).
You may also request a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, we will refund the remaining balance of your payment.
Please note: the amount corresponding to any work already completed on your project will not be refunded.
All refund requests must be made within 90 days of your project’s creation date.
If the client does not provide project details or respond for 120 days, the project will be marked as lapsed and automatically closed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Feel free to submit a request if you have a specific concern regarding refunds. We’ll review it fairly and respond as soon as possible.
By agreeing to the terms of this agreement, users of the site and service agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Boost Byte Marketing from and against any and all claim, loss, expense or demand of liability, including attorneys' fees and costs incurred by Boost Byte Marketing and Affiliates in connection with any claim by a third party (including an intellectual property claim) arising out of (i) materials and content you submit, post or transmit, or (ii) use of the site by you in violation of these Terms of Use or in violation of any applicable law.
We offer unlimited revisions on all projects until they have been completed. Once a project has been completed, clients may request revisions for an additional period of 2 weeks (14 days). Clients will have to start a new project to request further amendments or suggestions. Please note that revisions do not include change of project brief. If revision request requires more work that we agreed to at start of project or if the request contradicts what was originally discussed, then we may require additional payment to accommodate revision.
